Meet our team leaders

Darrin J. Wikoff

Darrin J. Wikoff specializes in Organizational Change Management, Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Re-Engineering, and Reliability Engineering. Since 2001, Darrin has trained, coached, and mentored industrial leaders like Kraft Foods, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Mosaic Company, Alcoa World Wide Aluminum, Nissan, and Schlumberger through the rigorous process of implementing and managing improvement initiatives in support of Lean Manufacturing. His ability to translate Lean Manufacturing and Reliability Engineering principles into real-world applications enables these organizations to improve safety and environmental performance, increase production capacity, and reduce operating costs.

Darrin is widely known as a thought leader and has authored several articles and books, including Leader’s Guide to ISO 55001 (available on Amazon.com), Centered On Excellence (published by MRO-Zone in 2012), and the Maintenance Engineering Handbook (published by McGraw-Hill in 2008). He also served as a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group to ISO/PC 251 during the development of ISO 55001: Asset Management – Management System – Requirements.

Darrin lives in Dallas, TX and in his spare time enjoys boating, fishing, and writing.

Shon Isenhour

Shon Isenhour is an engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has become an expert in the implementation of holistic reliability solutions using tools such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as well as Six Sigma and Lean to drive significant bottom line results.

Shon specializes in Adult Education, Business Process Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Change Management, Leadership, Asset Management, and Reliability Engineering and has led improvement initiatives for industries such as pharmaceuticals, metals, petrochemical, paper, and power generation, among others. Shon has spoken on these topics at numerous professional conferences in the United States as well as Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Shon is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), and has been certified by Prosci and Colorado State University as a Change Management Professional.

Shon currently writes and manages one of the most visited industry-specific blogs, www.ReliabilityNow.com. This valued resource, with over 200 posts on topics ranging from manufacturing, leadership, reliability, and education, is viewed by over 4,000 visitors every month.

When away from the asset management world, Shon lives reliability as a helicopter and airplane pilot and an avid fisherman. Nobody likes to be stranded in the air or on the water.

Brandon Weil

Brandon Weil has over 15 years in maintenance and reliability experience as both a practitioner and consultant. Today, Brandon acts as the operations manager and lead coach for Eruditio.

Brandon started his reliability career as an enlisted member of the Naval Nuclear Power Program. While in the Navy, Brandon established a proven record of achievement in technical and instructor roles vital to our national defense; earning numerous honors and awards. Brandon brings extensive experiential knowledge of electrical theory/application, procedure writing, industrial equipment operation, steam plant operations, power plant systems, industrial safety, and electrical generation/distribution.

Prior to joining Eruditio, Brandon worked as a reliability professional subject matter expert for both Allied Reliability Group and Life Cycle Engineering. During his time as a consultant and trainer Brandon participated in multiple large-scale reliability improvement projects across various industries around the world.

Brandon is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Organizational Innovation.
